X TCB-8 has the same extraordinary features as the X TCB and much more. By using 8 strands during the braiding process, P-Line has achieved a braid with a very tight weave and extremely compact, which results in an incredibly smooth surface and an ability to maintain the round shape even with very thin diameters. By adding the DuPont's Teflon® cover, extraordinary resistance to abrasion is achieved, great strength at the knot and friction is eliminated both with the water and with the rings, which allows for extremely smooth and precise casts.
