Extrusion è il risultato di anni di ricerca di un team di grandi pescatori e di una squadra di preparatissimi ingegneri. Extrusion è stato ottenuto mescolando tre diversi tipi di nylon con un processo speciale di estrusione, aggiungendo poi un additivo per la resistenza all’abrasione. P-Line ha dato vita a quello che è il copolimero tecnologicamente più avanzato nel mondo della pesca. L’ordine impartito agli ingegneri era quello di costruire un filo sensibile, con una straordinaria resistenza alle abrasioni, unita ad un livello di elasticità ridottissimo e a una superficie esterna priva di impurità, così da favorire la scorrevolezza nei lanci senza, ovviamente, tralasciare il carico di rottura

Extrusion is the result of years of research by a team of great fishermen and a team of highly trained engineers. Extrusion was obtained by mixing three different types of nylon with a special extrusion process, then adding an additive for abrasion resistance. P-Line has given life to what is the most technologically advanced copolymer in the fishing world. The order given to the engineers was to build a sensitive line, with extraordinary resistance to abrasion, combined with a very low level of elasticity and an external surface free of impurities, so as to facilitate smoothness in casts without, obviously, neglecting the load breaking. The special additive against abrasion ensures that P-Line Extrusion is resistant to rocks, mussels, reeds, branches, etc., factors that are devastating for traditional lines. The reduced elongation of Extrusion (about 40% less than traditional lines) allows for even more direct contact with the fish, increasing the angler's sensitivity, limiting the reaction time in the strike to a minimum and therefore increasing the number of catches.
